“星球”橡塑绝热保温材料是引进国外先进技术和全自动连续生产线并经过自己研发改进，采用性能优异的丁腈橡胶，聚氯乙烯（NBR/PVC）为主要原料，配以各种优质辅助材料，以特殊工艺发泡而成的软质高档保温节能材料，绝不含氯氟烃。产品具有密闭式发泡结构，导热系数小，优良的绝热效果，可节省能源消耗，密闭式气泡结构及致密的表皮使水汽不易透过，且吸水率低，产品富有柔软性，施工安装极为方便，省工省料，外观雅致清洁。
温度范围广（-40℃至110℃），耐候性良好，经久实用；独特的阻燃配方，使材料具有优良的隔热性能。
本品位闭孔弹性材料，具有柔软、耐屈绕、耐寒、耐热、导热系数低、减震、吸音等优良性能。可广泛用于*空调、建筑、化工、医药、轻纺等行业的各类冷热介质管道、容器能达到降低冷损和热损的效果。

平均温度为0℃时，本材料导热系数为0.034w/m.k,而它的表面放热系数高，热传导系数低并且保持稳定，对任何热介质起隔绝效果。因此在相同的外界条件下，使用本产品厚度比其它保温材料薄一半以上能达到相同的保温效果，从而节省了楼层吊顶以上的空间，节省投资。

本材料中含有大量隔热减烟原料。燃烧时产生的浓烟度极低，而且遇火不熔化，不会滴下着火的火球，材料具有自熄灭特征。本产品为Ｂ1级难燃材料，符合国家标准Gb8624《建筑材料燃烧性能分析法》，经测试判定GB8624B1级难燃性材料。材料确保安全可靠，安装方便外型美观。

具备完善的闭孔发泡结构，所有泡孔相互独立。互不联通的气泡形成密闭的空气层，有效提高产品的隔热性能，同时星球橡塑独立的密闭气泡结构，能对水汽分子形成多重阻隔，即便材料表层受损，也能防止水汽渗透到材料内部，从而能够保持产品隔热效果长期稳定。在相同条件，水的导热系数比空气的导热系数高24倍，而非闭孔结构的材料一旦表皮受损，水汽即可渗入材料内部，导致材料丧失保温效果。

8、 安装方便、外形美观

安装方便、快捷：因本产品富柔软性，安装简易方便。管道安装，可套上后一起安装，也可将本管材纵向切开后再用胶水粘合而成。对阀门、三通、弯头等复杂部件、可将板材裁剪后、按不同形状包上粘合，确保整个系统的严密性，从而保证了整个系统的保温性。又因本材料外表有橡胶的光滑平整，以及它本身的优异性能，不需要另加隔气层，防护层，减少了施工中的麻烦，也保证了外形美观，平整。当设备或管道检修时，剥离下来的本材料可重复使用，性能不变。

三、基本操作规程
1、尽量现场剖开管材使剖缝洁净无尘无油污，保证胶水粘接牢固；
2、所有的剖缝、接头都需用“星球”橡塑专用胶水粘接密封；
3、安装后所有的三通、弯头、法兰和其他附件都需达到设计厚度；
4、胶水粘接时不应太用力，所有材料间的接口应在轻微挤压力下粘合；
5、安装时应先大管后小管；先弯头、三通后直管；最后阀门、法兰；
6、当安装冷冻水管和制冷设备时，“星球”橡塑管材的两端口和铁管之间的空隙都需涂上胶水粘接起来，粘
接宽度应至少等于“星球”橡塑管材厚度；
7、管道的剖缝口应尽量安装在不显眼处，且两条管材的剖缝口应相互错开。
8、“星球”橡塑材料间接缝须采用配套的“星球”橡塑专用胶水，尽可能以“干粘法”粘结；
9、室外使用时需在“星球”橡塑表面做外保护层；
10、外保护层安装时间以胶水干化36小时以上、材料安装7天以内为宜。
